The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Asset Management Performance Analyst to join our Asset Management team.
Within the role the successful candidate will assist in the effective performance management of all property related matters. Including: data analytics, scrutinising current and future spend and budgetary control.
You will ensure effective monitoring/reporting systems are in place to provide accurate and timely information about the department’s activities. Including statistics/management information to assist in the production of key performance indicators, statutory returns and reports.
You will also work with others, assist in appraising, managing/developing and improving the data and information support services, particularly around the Stock Investment Programme, and help to ensure the stock is maintained to the Housing 21’s property standards.
While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to attend our head office in Birmingham 2 times a week. Curious to know more? What we’re looking for
The essential requirements for the role include:
- Experience of managing processes
- Information gathering, reporting and monitoring systems
- Educated to HNC or Degree standard or relevant experience
- Experience of developing, managing and monitoring works (desirable)
