Hours – Full Time (35 / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight) & Part Time hours available

We are growing our Talent & Recruitment Team and are seeking 2 experienced Care recruitment professionals to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on our attraction & selection processes and make a real difference to our residents.

Our Extra Care schemes enable residents to continue to live independently, with the peace of mind of having on site Care Workers if they need it.  This role is key to ensuring we attract the best care workers to support our residents.

Building strong relationships with our stakeholders, you’ll understand the pressure points across our geography where your expertise and support is needed to fill vacancies. Managing multiple campaigns, you will support our hiring managers to attract and shortlist applications, with a focus on recognising potential talent and increasing diversity.  

You will design innovative attraction campaigns, proactively search and approach talent, build & engage with talent pools and build our brand awareness as an employer of choice.

It’s a challenging role in a highly competitive market, you’ll need to be driven, proactive and resourceful, creating innovative recruitment campaigns to attract and engage talent.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in care recruitment is essential, with full knowledge of CQC regulations to enable you to effectively qualify applicants.
  • Proactive recruitment experience, utilising job boards, social media and networking to attract and engage talent.
  • Knowledge of the care industry, with a track record of adapting to the recruitment challenges.
  • Experience on pre-screening candidates to identify the best talent.
  • Experienced in working in a target driven, fast paced, high volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • You’ll be target driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns

Hours are flexible with full time or part time hours available, ranging from 2 days per week to full time.  This can be discussed in more detail on application. This is a mobile position with travel required across our geography, the successful candidate will also be required to attend occasional team meetings at our head office in Birmingham.
