The vacancy
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

As Head of IT Operational Services, you will be responsible for managing the Housing 21 operational IT service with a focus on high levels of customer satisfaction, effective incident resolution and robust management of operational services and assets.
You’ll lead the team, driving a customer focussed, high performing culture and be passionate about empowering and developing your team. Focussed on continuous improvement, always looking for opportunities to help us work smarter, not harder and keeping us future fit.
Responsible for the IT Operational Service Desk, field service engineering , 2nd analyst support, managing supplier contracts and SLAs, you will lead the standardisation of IT operational services and IT assets across the organisation.
This is a home based role, with occasional travel required to our Head Office in Birmingham
