Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight) 

Looking for a role with purpose that makes a real impact on our residents? 

We’re seeking 2 proactive and dedicated Resident Engagement Advisors.  The purpose of these roles is to ensure the voice of our residents is heard and considered in any decisions across the organisation.  

You will be passionate about the services we provide and driven to ensure we are the best we can be for our residents. You’ll be future focussed, supporting us to understand the changing needs and wants of our residents, keeping us future fit.  

Responsible for developing and evolving forums to gain resident insight and feedback.  You’ll bring innovative ways to encourage a diverse range of residents to get involved.  Building relationships and working in collaboration with operational managers across the organisation, providing support and guidance to ensure residents feedback shapes our plans.

What we are looking for: 

  • Previous experience of implementing a resident engagement strategy  

  • Understanding of what makes excellent resident engagement and why this is important to both residents and to the organisation  

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels 

  • Creative and proactive approach to developing resident engagement activities  

  • Ability to analyse and manipulate data and insight
