The vacancy
Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week/ 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

We’re seeking 2 exceptional strategic and innovative Housing leaders, a Director of Extra Care and a Director of Retirement Living, to drive our strategic commitments, ensuring we provide quality homes, care and support services our residents are proud of.
As the Director, you’ll take the lead on the design, development and delivery of an ambitious Extra Care/ Retirement Living plan that ensures our homes and services meet the needs of our residents now and in the future, continually evolving to meet changing needs and requirements.
As the leader of our teams, you will be responsible for fostering a customer-focused and high-performing culture, while passionately empowering and developing your team. You should be committed to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance our efficiency and ensure we are prepared for future challenges.
In fostering robust relationships, you will collaborate throughout the organisation and with partner agencies to develop and implement strategies that align with our vision. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to data analysis, utilising data and feedback to inform decisions, ensuring that our residents remain central to all our activities.
Accountable for performance you will play a leading role in the overall success of our Extra Care and Retirement Living services.
This is a home-based role, although as a national role, frequent travel will be required across our geography to ensure visibility across dispersed teams, services and residents.
