This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Hours: 35 hours per week / 70 hours over two weeks (nine-day fortnight)

 

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Business Analyst to join our IT Business Services team here at Housing 21.

Within the role you will be responsible for independently analysing, documenting, and communicating requirements for systems and data-related changes across project, enhancement and BAU change activity, with a focus on understanding business needs and outcomes.

While the role is home based the successful candidate will be required to attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required.

What we’re looking for

The requirements for the role include:

  • Strong business analysis skills, including documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering business analysis within a Waterfall or hybrid Waterfall environment.
  • Practical experience of a range of suitable and relevant analysis techniques.
  • Experience working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in business analysis using recognised frameworks and evidence-based techniques.
  • Experience developing or configuring system/product designs based on user requirements
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with data, SQL scripts, Excel, and system configuration changes.
